Configuration: 48X Standard complete system (RH-48X-ASM).
For nominal 48-inch roof hatch applications. Actual fit is determined by outside drip-edge dimensions, hatch construction and exit direction.
The updated design combines perimeter rails, ladder handholds, a walkout area and a self-closing gate for the ladder-to-roof transition.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION MANUAL
Mounting brackets and upright posts now install separately. The new design breaks the system into smaller, lighter components, making each piece easier to handle and position during installation.
The current manual provides same-side and 90-degree fit tables. Standard, XL and XXL extensions are available for eligible same-side layouts; 90-degree layouts use their own gate-kit and dimensional limits.
Thermally broken hatches require different mounting brackets. Identify that construction when requesting a quote. Send outside drip-edge width and length, photos, exit direction, project location and quantity.
